We are committed to providing customers with high quality battery, from material selection to production, strict control of each production process.
1. Materials of Lithium Polymer Battery
The graphite, pure water & lithium cobalt oxide we purchase from quality material suppliers are put into a vacuum high-speed stirring machine more than 12 hours to ensure that the density of the entire cylinder of raw materials.
2. Coating of Lithium Polymer Battery
High-precision thermostatic coating machine and laser keep the same thickness tolerance less than 0.5mm.
3. Sheet of Lithium Polymer Battery
Precision automatic roll machine to ensure the height of the pole piece of the same thickness; ultrasonic welding makes pole piece and perfect pole combination, welding firm, low resistance. Hundreds of points knife mold, so you no longer need to open a small batch of mold trouble.
4. Wrapping of Lithium Polymer Battery
We bought aluminum-plastic film from Japan without wrinkles, rupture. The automatic winding machine makes the consistency of the core volume. The high-temperature sealing machine seals the edge of Lithium Polymer battery to insulate of air moisture.
5. Baking of Lithium Polymer Battery
Our vacuum roasters bake the Lithium Polymer Batteries under 75-80 degrees more than 36 hours adequately.
6. Aging & grading of Lithium Polymer Battery
Constant temperature cabinet activates the lithium polymer battery. High-precision cabinet test the real capacity & curve of each cell.
7. Assembling of Lithium Polymer Battery
The point inspection for internal resistance & voltage before assembling PCM, wires & connector. We do another testing again for the above items after collecting.
8. Packing of Lithium Polymer Battery
Checking each the surface of battery & quantity when we put them into the groove of plastic trays. All trays are fixed by wrapping film without rocking. Sturdy cartons are fit for internal shipment by air or by sea
